To book accommodation, please complete theappropriate section of the registration form during the registration process.
Amendments or Cancellations
All amendments orcancellations to your accommodation booking must be made with the Secretariatand not directly to the hotel. Allamendments or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received after 10 September 2010 will not be refunded their accommodation deposit.
Deposits
All accommodation bookingsmust be accompanied with a deposit the equivalent of one night’s tariff. This deposit will be forwarded on yourbehalf by the Secretariat to the relevant hotel and used to confirm youraccommodation booking. No bookingswill be confirmed by the Secretariat until one night’s deposit has beenreceived. Each delegate mustsettle the remainder of their accommodation upon check-out.
The Secretariat has anobligation to return unsold rooms to the hotels on 10 September 2010, therefore accommodation bookings and ratesreserved after this date cannot be guaranteed.
